Creating Better Outcomes Through Early Support
Local health and care systems are under increasing pressure. Demand for support continues to rise, while opportunities for early intervention and preventative community support are often limited.
Sparks exists to help close that gap.
Through accessible, community-based support delivered in trusted local spaces, we help people access the right support at the right time - preventing issues from escalating into crisis and improving long-term outcomes for individuals, families and communities.
Our work acts as a bridge between communities and services, helping reduce pressure on GP surgeries, social care, crisis teams and wider statutory services while strengthening wellbeing, resilience and connection across Scarborough.
