Our partnerships help us reach people earlier, reduce barriers to support and create joined-up pathways that improve wellbeing and reduce pressure on overstretched services.
By combining local knowledge with collaborative working, we can deliver support that is trusted, responsive and rooted within the communities we serve.
Partnerships
In partnership with SCORE Primary Care Network, we deliver three Baby groups a week as well as community-based Health & Wellbeing Hubs. This preventative outreach model is designed to reduce health inequalities and improve access to early intervention support.
As a partner on the Rise 2 Thrive and Trailblazer programmes Sparks help individuals move towards training, volunteering, employment and greater long term stability.
Our Digital Skills programme, delivered in partnership with North Yorkshire Council, helps residents improve confidence, digital inclusion and access to opportunities and services.
Support from Wharfedale enables our frontline Crisis Support provision, helping residents facing hardship, instability and urgent wellbeing concerns.
Woodsmith Foundation supported both our LIFE MAPS mental health programme and community Yoga sessions, helping improve emotional well-being and resilience across local communities.
Working with SCORE Primary Care Network, Sparks delivers Baby Sparks groups and pop-up Health Hubs across Scarborough. Families can access early support, health advice and checks in safe, trusted community spaces, helping children and adults live well.
With funding from North Yorkshire Sport, we deliver creative groups, walking groups and health hubs that reduce isolation, build confidence and support healthier lifestyles. Active Travel funding also supports behaviour change through our Life MAPS programme.
